I thought that Mick Fealty's piece in the London Telegraph Blog is particularly apt on the cusp of the G20. Mick runs the Slugger O'Toole Blog. "Gordon Brown's problems are the world's problems.... " http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/mick_fealty/blog...

Hi Alan, thanks for your contributions. I have only just found out how to get a hyper link working, and I noticed you had a URL link in your latest post. Highlight the word that you want the link to work from, click on the hyperlink icon (beside the strike through) and paste in the URL. When you publish the post the hyperlink is activated. I am still getting used to the technology, but I am enjoying the experience!!! Joanne

Hi Alan,
Thanks for you comments yesterday and sorry I was only able to get back this morning. I've added a new blog for others to comment on, as I think more intelligent publid procurement commissioning is part of the way forward and you views help in developing the thinking.
Regards,

John
